These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website frenchlinkbuilding.agency and the professional French link building services provided by French Link Building Agency ("Agency," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Description

Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work.

2. Partnership Engagements

All service engagements require a signed agreement or written confirmation outlining project scope, deliverables, reporting cadence, and payment terms. Verbal agreements or informal email exchanges do not constitute binding service contracts unless explicitly confirmed in writing by an authorized Agency representative.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients and agency partners agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about their business, target market, and link building objectives
  • Supply necessary brand assets, content approvals, and access required for campaign execution
  • Respond to approval requests within agreed timeframes to avoid project delays
  • Ensure that linked content and landing pages comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use our services for illegal, deceptive, or manipulative SEO practices

4. Link Quality and Placement Standards

We commit to acquiring links through legitimate editorial processes on real French publications. All placements are subject to publisher editorial approval. We do not guarantee specific anchor text, exact placement URLs, or permanent link retention, as these factors depend on third-party publisher decisions. We provide replacement placements for links removed within the agreed guarantee period outlined in your service agreement.

5. White-Label Partnership Terms

Agency partners engaging our white-label French link building services may present deliverables under their own brand. White-label partners agree not to misrepresent the origin of services in ways that violate consumer protection laws. The Agency retains the right to reference anonymized campaign data for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

Content created by the Agency for client campaigns becomes the client's property upon full payment, unless otherwise specified. The Agency retains ownership of proprietary methodologies, publisher databases, outreach frameworks, and internal tools. Website content, branding, and design elements on frenchlinkbuilding.agency remain the exclusive property of the Agency.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary business information, publisher relationships, campaign strategies, and performance data shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement for a period of two years.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest at the rate permitted by French law. The Agency reserves the right to suspend active campaigns for accounts more than 15 days overdue.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Agency's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific campaign giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits or search ranking fluctuations caused by algorithm updates.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with 30 days written notice. The client remains responsible for payment of all work completed through the termination date. Upon termination, the Agency will deliver all completed work product and campaign reports within 15 business days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

12. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, scrape content without permission, or use our website in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
